Respite care at Templeton House Care Home is open to individuals in need of short-term support. It serves as an opportunity for recovery and aid, especially when caregivers require a break from their caregiving duties. Moreover, for those seeking full-time care, respite care can also be utilised to trial our home for a period of 4 weeks to determine if it’s the right fit for permanent care.

Our care services are accessible to all residents, regardless of the duration of their stay. During their time here, each resident will have their own bedroom, receive daily meals, have access to a range of activities and entertainment, enjoy our in-house facilities, and receive assistance with daily living tasks. Depending on the individual’s care requirements, nursing care may also be available.

The duration of respite care can vary, depending on the individual’s needs and the availability of respite care beds. At Templeton House Care Home, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 weeks to ensure residents have the opportunity to settle in and fully benefit from our care services.
