All-inclusive Living in a Luxury Coastal Home
At Templeton House Care Home, we provide extraordinary levels of person-centred care and ensure that residents have all they need to live their best lives. The word ‘home’ runs through our entire ethos; it’s important that Templeton House Care Home feels like home and provides all of the amenities that residents would expect and require. From beautifully decorated bedrooms and lavish large living areas to a modern cinema room, hair salon, and dining rooms, you will be surrounded by ultimate luxury from the time you arrive at our house.
We provide high-quality nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care, with a focus on the overall health, well-being, and interests of our residents. We want to provide a quality of life that allows people to maintain their freedom with a high standard of living, and our motivated team works hard to ensure Templeton House Care Home achieves just that.
Delivering Unrivalled Care in Challenging Times
We place a high importance on implementing COVID-19 prevention measures; it has always been and will continue to be vital that any new processes implemented have minimal, if any, impact on the extraordinary around-the-clock service for which we are known. While keeping a pleasant and friendly environment, we continue to assure the highest levels of safety, hygiene, and adherence to government laws. Templeton House Care Home’s staff is dedicated to assisting our residents and their families during this difficult period.
It is important that meaningful contact is supported and maintained for residents. There are no limits on how often residents can receive visitors but it must remain safe and manageable for the care home staff and residents themselves and we ask that these are pre-booked. Anyone who visits a care home should take a LFD test, you will be asked to show proof of the recent negative LFD test before visiting. This includes family, friends, children over the age of 12 and visiting professionals. You may take the test at home before you visit or the home can help you to carry out the test when you arrive.
A Fluid Resistant Surgical Mask (FRSM) must be worn wherever possible, and Infection Prevention and Control measures should be followed as instructed by care home staff. Residents, family, and friends are able to plan outings or activities from the care home and are able to do by working together with the care home to arrange.
For prospective residents, to have a tour of the home, it is necessary for this to be pre-booked and for evidence of a negative LFT test to be presented prior to entering the home. This applies to all guests within your party.
At any time, the COVID-19 regulations and guidance from the Government, National and Local Healthcare Agencies may change. For further information, please click here or contact the Home Manager directly.
All-Inclusive, Luxury Living
We want people to feel inspired and cherished every day, from the activities we offer to the facilities we have available. At Templeton House Care Home, we believe that maintaining strong bonds with our residents and those closest to them is incredibly valuable, and this way we are able to truly understand what our residents want. There is no shortage of things to do or activities to participate in thanks to the outstanding work of our Activity Coordinators; residents are provided with a diverse activities programme, leaving them spoilt for choice and able to enjoy something new every day.
Luxury Bedroom Suites
Every one of our 69 bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to give a modern yet cosy feel for each of our residents. Our bedrooms have been created with our clients’ best interests in mind, from elegant furnishings to specialised state-of-the-art equipment and accessible en-suites. We also encourage all of our residents to bring any of their favourite personal items that will help to create a room that is truly unique to them. Our team will do all they can from the minute new residents arrive to help them settle into their bedrooms.
High Standards of Comprehensive Care
It’s vital to us that our residents have access to the very best including care, accommodation, and way of living. Our staff goes above and beyond to make their stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We recognise the importance of feeling relaxed when transitioning to a care home, which is why residents and their loved ones will have met with their dedicated staff member within the first 24 hours, discussed a care plan and any special requirements. Our highly-skilled team not only provides an environment where everyone can enjoy a first-class lifestyle, but they also adopt a care method called key nursing, which enables exceptional care both day and night.
