Templeton House is the ideal place to relax and be looked after. We’re confident that after a short stay with us, you’ll be back to your fabulous self in no time. Staying with us for a short time, whether you’ve fallen or had a recent illness, provides you with the opportunity to fully recover. It also allows family members and caregivers to unwind without having to worry about their loved ones’ well-being.

What is Respite Care?

Respite care is a form of short-term care provided to those who have just had a fall or are recovering from an illness and require a place to stay while they recuperate. Individuals who are full-time caregivers for a family member and need a break from caring can benefit significantly from respite care. At Templeton House Care Home, each of our visitors will receive the highest-quality respite care until they feel more like themselves again. Regardless of how long a person stays with us, they are guaranteed a pleasant time.

We recognise that everyone requires a break from time to time. Anyone who needs additional support for a short period of time, whether for a few weeks or longer, will benefit from our respite care package. Respite care can be useful during the winter months, to help recuperate from an operation or sickness. Respite care at Templeton House Care Home will be tailored to your schedule and current care needs, with careful attention given to each need. Our team is committed to providing the best person-centred care to each and every one of our residents, regardless of their reason for visiting our home.
